When will The Golf Network be installed in my facility?
Once your preliminary site survey is received by TGN, you will be notified of an installation date.
What type of content will be running on the screen?
The main window content will consist of instructional tips, travel & leisure, technology, golf fashion, national advertisers, and any other compelling golf related content.
Where will TGN install the monitor?
The monitor is installed in a high foot traffic area that is mutually agreed upon.
How do I upload content specific to my store in the local side bar?
You will receive an in-service at the time of installation that will instruct you and your staff on how to add and remove content.
Can I extend the TGN signal to my existing monitors?
Yes, but if the monitor is not a wide screen, the signal will appear slightly distorted.
What if there is not electricity outlet where the screen is to be installed?
The individual facility will be required to have an electrician install an outlet
Do we need to have a broadband connection to receive the TGN signal?
Yes, the refreshing of TGN content requires a high speed internet connection.
How long will it take to install the system?
Each facility is unique, but typically installation can be completed in 2-3 hrs.
Is there sound associated with the TGN content?
Yes, speakers will be set to a preprogrammed volume level
Where will the media server (computer running the TGN system) be installed?
Typically, this will be installed in a back office, above ceiling panels, or in a storage room.
